What is the “western diet” and what role does it play in culture, climate change, and public health? Does the food we eat daily really have an impact on the global community? Consider these questions and more as we delve into climate justice while also delighting in the rich culinary histories of cuisines around the globe. Get your hands dirty as we tend to the learning garden, care for our free-range chickens, and see what globally inspired snacks we can create with our local produce!
