Join Le Cordon Bleu trained chef, Reva Haselkorn, to make seasonal pasta dishes highlighting produce from the farm. Learn to make fresh pasta with pastured farm eggs, hearty winter fillings and sauces and build technique to take home to your own kitchen. We will taste as we go and sit down to eat together as part of the class. This class combines demonstration and hands-on participation. The exact menu will be determined based on seasonal availability but may include Herbed Potato Ravioli with Cabbage and Apple and Beet Pasta with Lemon and Goat Cheese.

Fee: $55
